Launceston Male Choir
Making Music in Launceston Tasmania
The Launceston Male Choir is a community choir of about 20 men who enjoy the thrill of singing together as a group. We sing in either unison or 2 and 3 part harmony accompanied by piano from a range of genres including folk, musical theatre, jazz, contemporary, spirituals, country & western, and classics.
Rehearsals are on a Tuesday from 2.00 to 3.45 pm, currently held in the Gordon Dell auditorium at Glenara Lakes retirement village, Hobart Road, Youngtown.
Performances generally include an annual concert in October, regular performances at local retirement homes and various other community venues.
